Is a land development company and modular home supplier concentrating on the recovering economic growth of the Alberta Housing Market. Serenity Hills Developments is owned by Lester Sorenson who's background includes the prestigious Country Plains Estates a 39 lot residential estate subdivision and Graybriar a 86 acre mixed zoned subdivision in Stony Plain. Zoning within the Graybriar subdivision was specifically designated for the development of modular homes. Sorenson's background in the housing market is diverse as he also co-founded Wendy-Lynn Custom Homes. Although no longer involved, it continues to be a successful venture today.
